Eating breakfast at home is much cheaper than eating out for breakfast. Not only are sausage and egg biscuits cheap but they are also easy to make!
Gather It Up!
1/2 pound of sausage per 2 people
1 roll of cheap refridgerator biscuits (if you are dairy free read the ingredients, often the off brand biscuits will be dairy free) or even better, make your own!
1 to 2 eggs per person
Cook It Up!
Bake the biscuits according to the directions on the package. Make patties out of the sausage that will fit the size of the biscuits. Fry sausage biscuits until cooked completely. Cook eggs how you normally would.
Serve It Up!
Cut the egg into four sections. Place sausage on a biscuit and add one egg section on top of it. Enjoy!
