This was a fun recipe to come up with and I love the mixture of the layers! This is so easy to make and was just as good for lunch a month later as it was the weekend after Thanksgiving.
Frugal Tips for Thanksgiving Leftovers Recipes
Thanksgiving leftovers recipes can often be frozen and built into your monthly OAMC plan so that you can enjoy them long after Thanksgiving.
*All of my Thanksgiving leftovers recipes can be used with dairy or made into dairy free recipe versions. I have a milk allergy while my husband does not so I often try to make recipes in which substitions can be made either way. My Thanksgiving leftovers recipes are also made to be as frugal as possible.
Thanksgiving Layer Personal Pie
Gather It Up!
Dressing or Stuffing
Mashed Potatoes
Turkey
Green Bean Casserole
French Fried Onions
Cook It Up!
Get out your muffin tins and spray them with oil so that the pies do not stick. Layer the pies with the above ingredients in this order: Dressing pressed in to make the cup, then mashed potatoes, a bit of shredded turkey, green bean casserole and top with french fried onions. Bake until warm or freeze to bake later.
Serve It Up!
I often have these as a little pie for lunch but they could also be made for dinner when you need something quick and filling.
