If you haven’t, you need to visit www.etsy.com. I have to admit that if I had the money I would purchase many items from this site, and even then I try to support the artists and small businesses on this website when I can or when I need a specialty item.

While Etsy is a wonderful site to visit it is also made up of people who are setting out on their own. This site is a great way to start stay-at-home careers for many people. Etsy handles all of the overhead and lets you set up a free storefront and only charges very small fees for selling your items. This lets you focus on your product.

What stay-at-home careers have you considered? Do you crochet, quilt, or paint? Do you build furniture? Do you enjoy scouring antique malls for vintage ware? If so, then Etsy is the place for you.

When I was looking at various stay-at-home careers I seriously looked into Etsy. If I had the time to focus on my art as I would like then I would actually put items in my store on the site but at this time I can’t sit still long enough to paint or crochet.

If you are an artist or a crafter looking into stay-at-home careers then open a storefront at www.etsy.com.
